1. Terms
By accessing the Review mobile application or website, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Review's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the App in any way that could damage the App, the Services, or the general business of Review.
You further agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten others or otherwise violate any person's legal rights.
- Violate any intellectual property rights of the App or any third party.
- Upload or otherwise disseminate any computer viruses or other software that may damage the property of another.
- Perpetrate any fraud.
- Engage in or create any unlawful gambling, sweepstakes, or pyramid scheme.
- Publish or distribute any obscene or defamatory material.
- Publish or distribute any material that incites violence, hate, or discrimination towards any group.
- Unlawfully gather information about others.
4. Premium Features
Review offers a "Premium" tier which unlocks additional features such as cross-device synchronization. This is a one-time purchase that grants you lifetime access to these features. We reserve the right to modify the features included in the Premium tier, but will make reasonable efforts to maintain the core functionality you purchased.
Refunds: All purchases are processed directly by the respective App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not handle payments or refunds directly. Any refund requests must be made to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on Review's website and application are provided on an 'as is' basis. Review makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
6. Limitations
In no event shall Review or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Review's website or application.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
8. Changes to Terms
Review reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which the App is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Review encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
