Your privacy is important to us. It is Review's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our application.

1. Information We Collect

Local Data: By default, all your tasks, projects, and review history are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data unless you choose to enable Premium Sync.

Sync Data (Premium): If you upgrade to Premium and enable sync, your data is securely encrypted and stored on our servers (powered by Supabase) to facilitate synchronization across your devices. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g., crash reports) to help us improve the app stability.

2. Data Accessed via Third-Party Sign-In

When you choose to sign in using third-party services (such as Google or Apple), we access specific information to facilitate authentication and account management:

Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Google, we access your email address, name, and profile picture. This data is used solely to create your user profile and identify you within the application.
Apple Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Apple, we access your name and email address (unless you choose to hide it).

3. Google User Data Policy Compliance

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes. We do not sell Google user data to third parties.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the Review service. Specifically:

To maintain your task lists and review schedules.
To sync your progress across devices (Premium only).
To provide customer support when requested.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our servers.

6. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Supabase: We use Supabase as our backend service provider for authentication and database hosting. Your data is stored securely on their servers.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. We do not process payments directly; all payment transactions are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store).
Apple Services: If you use "Sign in with Apple", we support Apple's "Hide My Email" feature to protect your privacy.

7. Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. Whenever made possible, you can access, update, or request deletion of your Personal Data directly within your account settings section. If you are unable to perform these actions yourself, please contact us to assist you.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
